Our Office President leads and collaborates with our DC leadership team and others across our firm to develop and execute our Strategic Plan for the office and to continually elevate our value proposition and reputation. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated the ability and/or strong potential to provide leadership and management in multiple areas of responsibility:
Vision, Strategy & Execution
Collaborate with leaders and others to create and communicate an ambitious Vision for the office that attracts great people and clients
Establish and execute the annual Strategic Plan and priorities for the growth and diversification of the office through the creation of new niches, disciplines and service offerings
Collaborate with other Office Presidents and Practice Leaders to sychronize our strategic priorities and to ensure that we grow as one firm, united in pursuit of our Vision for Little
Leadership & Management
Create a progressive, vibrant culture of diversity, collaboration, breakthrough thinking and profitable growth
Provide organization and discipline to the office, creating accountability for the execution of our plans and consistent progress toward our goals
Lead, coach and develop leaders and emerging leaders in the office, assisting them in establishing and achieving goals that are aligned with the Vision and Strategic Plan for the office
Lead the office to achieve a successful and sustainable balance of client satisfaction, project quality and financial performance.
Business Development & Client Engagement
Be the face of Little for the office; build a strong regional network and leverage those relationships to grow our office, our reputation and our competitive edge
Develop high level relationships with clients and, while fully empowering your leadership team, be accessible and highly responsive to clients if and when needed
