We are seeking an individual to serve as a Construction Administration Specialist within the Baltimore and Washington DC area, who will work with the firm’s Project Managers and technical staff to help coordinate and perform CA services on a select number of projects.
Responsibilities: • Observe construction work for conformance with drawings and specifications. • Provide field reports for site visits. • Process the contractor’s shop drawings, product data, and samples. • Process responses to the contractor’s RFI’s. • Review results of construction tests and inspections. • Evaluate contractor requests for payment. • Handle requests for changes during construction. • Administer the completion and closeout process for projects.
