We are actively seeking Architectural & Design Consultants to manage the Columbia/Greenville, South Florida, Charlotte, Virginia Beach, Birmingham, Baltimore/Washington, and Atlanta markets.

New client development and maintaining relationships with key architects, designers, and end-users within a defined territory.
Secure appointments and conduct meetings/presentations to key decision makers and influencers with the goal of specifying Haines products in projects.
Create, identify, and secure specifications of products within the entire Haines portfolio on key projects.
Leading monthly job tracking meetings and coordination with Sales team counterparts, effectively handing off specified projects to Sales Team for sale and tracking results.
Utilize Salesforce daily to input new commercial opportunities, contacts, accounts, calendar entries and project quotes.
Coordinating with all Haines teams including sales and support, order and service, distribution services and other relevant departments.
Investigating and resolving client issues with a positive resolution.
Accountability to exceed quarterly product specification targets and tracking of specification efforts to exceed Sales Team budget sales.
Participation in associations and developing events to improve specifications presence.
Maintain up to date sample library of Haines product portfolio within accounts.

BA/BS from a 4 year university and/or combination of education and relevant work experience, preferably within flooring, distribution and/or related field.
Previous experience servicing customers in the architect, design, and end user community.
Familiarity with architectural specifications and construction design elements.
Excellent presentation skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
