As one of the nation’s most progressive design firms, Little is seeking an ExperiencedArchitectural Designer with a passion for high quality design and a positive, collaborative work style, for our growing Retail Studio in our Arlington, VA (DC) office.

You are organized – you understand how to work with and coordinate consulting partners and many moving parts to deliver a solid, final product.

A position you’ll love:
You’ll be working in our dedicated retail studio with other professionals dedicated to retail projects.
You’ll have a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.
You’ll have direct access to your client on a daily basis.
Ideal candidates will have the following Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university.
3+ of experience in the architecture & design industry.
Solid design and production skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Extraordinary computer skills (AutoCAD, Revit, rendering programs such as SketchUp, and programs used to prepare presentation documents such as PowerPoint, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.), as well as the ability to do hand sketching.
Self-motivation and a desire to learn about all aspects of Architecture.
