We are seeking an organized, collaborative individual with
strong design and technical skills.

Employment type:  Full time

• 3-4 years experience in custom residential
• Work closely with the project manager in each phase of the project delivery process.
• Contribute to all aspects and phases of the architectural design process.
• Coordinate with sub-consultants on producing construction documents.
• Attend project meetings.
• Maintain and organize project files from Concept through Construction Admin.
• Travel to and from project and client meetings as required.
• Must be proficient in Revit

Qualifications

•A bachelor or Masters of Architecture

•A license to pratice architecture or actively taking the ARE

•Proficeincy with Revit and Bluebeam

•Strong verbal and written communication skills

•3+ years experience
