Seeking design-oriented, resourceful, and self-motivated individuals for a full-time staff architectural designer position to help us serve our existing clients and to help us develop new opportunities.  The successful candidate should have 5 or more years of experience and be a licensed architect, or on the path to licensure.  Responsibilities include participating in all project phases to solve problems, to create graphic visualizations, to evaluate/select/specify materials and products, to design and detail. 

The successful candidate must effectively work in a team environment and should be interested in all aspects of architectural and engineering practice from preliminary design through construction administration.  A working knowledge of sustainable design and high performing building principles is desired with the interest in and ability to interact with multiple disciplines on the way to achieving zero net energy.  Our performance-based, collaborative design approach to project development encourages the learning process and career advancement for all members of the firm.  This position could be ideal for someone who wants to be challenged, working on all phases of private and public sector projects.
