Results oriented with roll-up-the-sleeves attitude and proven ability to execute
Team oriented approach to problem solving and design
Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited college or university
10 + years of relevant experience
Project based Revit experience a must
Excellent communication and written skills
Experience with courthouse, museum, and/or office projects
Experience in Washington, DC with urban projects requiring entitlement approvals a plus
Demonstrated proficiency with different software programs such as Revit, AutoCAD, Grasshopper, Rhino, Photoshop, Illustrator, MS Word, Excel, Project, Power Point, and Sketch-Up to generate renderings, create well composed drawings, and/or to build physical models
Possess site and field work experience, including field-measured documentation, existing facility inventory and site investigation a plus
Experience with building and zoning codes and standards, including IBC, NFPA 101, LEED, ADA, DCRA, DCMR, and other local jurisdictions
Understand Contractor submittals and assist in their review
Understand other related disciplines and can communicate effectively with all levels of involved disciplines
