Prominent Old Town Alexandria architecture firm, Maginniss + del Ninno Architects, is seeking an Office Administrator for a permanent position located in north Old Town Alexandria. This experienced professional will keep the office humming, performing general administrative and human resources duties, maintaining supplies, filing and assisting with office needs as necessary. The qualified candidate also will have polished communication skills to answer phones, interface with vendors, greet clients, and handle correspondence. Some experience with accounting principles and bookkeeping is required to learn Ajera accounting system to maintain accounts payable, processing receivables and payroll, maintaining project data and other routine accounting responsibilities.
Minimum Associate’s degree; Bachelor's degree preferred with two years office experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
