Architecture, Incorporated is looking to add a Project Manager to our team in Reston, VA. Architecture, Incorporated works with each client to create buildings which not only meet programmatic needs, but also exceed aesthetic desires and goals. Ultimately, every project has the potential to be a significant and inspiring architectural presence within a community and improve the quality of life through the built environment. The Project Manager will be responsible for the coordination of all aesthetic, technical and logistical efforts to assure the timeliest and on-budget execution of projects.
Manages and completes projects of varying scale with limited assistance from senior management.
Designs and builds models in Revit.
Handles day-to-day oversight of project schedule/progress and milestones.
Maintains quality and content control of the project design, drawings, and specifications.
Coordinates with designers, engineers, and other consultants in order to deliver on client’s project expectations.
Leads team efforts by providing and distributing information to the staff and team members as needed.
Gathers information and deliverables throughout the project in a timely manner, in order for the project to be efficiently completed.
Minimum of 5-15 years’ design experience in the Architecture industry Professionally accredited degree in Architecture
Architecture Licensure a plus
LEED Accreditation a plus
Revit production expertise required
Expertise in architectural standards and practices, compatible software, and construction materials and methods
Able to work independently, as well as in a team environment
Able to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
Strong graphic and visualization skills
