Maginniss + del Ninno Architects, a prominent Old Town Alexandria architecture firm, is searching for a Project Architect with quality experience to join our highly creative and professional team.  Candidates with a minimum of 5 years’ experience seeking career growth, a small team environment, and an opportunity to develop expertise in the design and construction of a variety of custom building types are encouraged to apply.  Our employee focused firm’s design approach begins with a thorough research of each project’s environmental and cultural conditions, discovering details of location, history, climate, patterns of use, and social significance. In this way, we find new and meaningful strategies to enhance our communities. Candidates to have:

• 5-10 years’ experience
• Architecture degree – AIA Registration preferred
• Proficiency in Revit
• Design sensibilities, knowledge of building systems and detailing
• Ability to provide thoughtful client service and coordinate engineering disciplines
• Excellent communication skills
