Square 134 is seeking a talented individual who is creative and passionate about architecture, curious about solving complex problems, and looking to grow and learn from others that share the same values to join our team. Requirements include the ability to manage a team of multiple people at all levels, establish project workplans and fulfill contractual, financial, and cost-control responsibilities. Special emphasis is placed on the importance of relationship-building internally and externally outside our small office, especially with local consultants in the DMV area. We are looking for a leader, in all senses of the word. Strong interpersonal skills are a tremendous asset. Our ideal candidate would be comfortable creating and assisting on the internal production and delivery of architectural drawings, coordinating with clients, and leading meetings from initial project conception to completion. The ideal candidate would possess the demonstrated skillset to help us foster both independent and firm-wide professional growth to achieve successful projects.

• At least 7 years of previous experience with projects at all phases, including construction administration
• Proven experience with multi-family housing an asset
• Exceptional communication skills
• Registered Architect preferred
• Significant experience managing projects and architectural documentation in Revit
• Strong familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
