Work Four 10 hour days with Fridays being a flex day. (need to take calls and check emails).

Day to Day Operations:
- Perform all duties with superiority in service and integrity when communicating with clients.
- Complete onboarding procedures for new projects based on company standards.
- Coordinate projects as assigned by the Project Manager or Architect from initial setup to notifying job is ready for invoice.
- Provide job updates on assigned projects with team or clients as requested.
- Communicate with the Project Manager or Architect about various aspects of the project.
- Take calls from project team members or clients during business hours.
- Input hours of work in timesheets daily.
- Punctuality and fulfill attendance expectations daily
- Accomplish timelines in accordance with project deadlines.
- Coordinate with various consultants for project or permit requirements.
- Process consultant invoices following company standards.
- Coordinate with a permit runner as necessary to facilitate permit submission of project including tracking of permits.
- Work in a collaborative environment with design team, coworkers, clients, and contractors.
- Set reminders to important items for the jobs for Project Manager/Architect to follow up
- Promote teamwork approach with all team members.
- Participate in weekly staff meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Technical Knowledge:
- Generate plans, elevations, sections, framing plans, and details in Revit
- Research code IBC/IRC information as necessary per project.
- Pickup redlines provided by Project Manager or Architect.
- Coordination of drawings and plat plans for permit submission.
- Research building materials and update material library.
- Perform Site visits to measure, photograph, and document existing conditions.
- Access site in safe and OSHA compliant manor per General Contractor or Clients requirements.
- Familiarity with Permit process.
- Organizational skills to keep track expenses, payments and fees paid for jobs.
- Research local zoning regulations throughout the region.
- Manipulate plat/site plans as required for permit submission.
- Develop details and drawing sets with guidance from Project Manager or Architect.
- Ability to interpret and reproduce sketches to develop drawing sets.
Physical Job Demands:
- Ability to visit job site where you are may need to go up and carry a 6’-0” ladder.
- Climb into attic spaces where you may be required to crouch and bend.
- You may be required to carry, lift or move 25 pounds on a job site to access portions during a site visit.

Knowledge, Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, related field or similar work experience.
- * Intermediate understanding using Revit, or AutoCAD
- * Skills to use MS Office365 – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- General understanding of Point Cloud and integration in workflow.
- Ability to manipulate pdf’s through Bluebeam.
- Analytical problem-solving skills
- Capability to manage time with the ability to organize, evaluate and prioritize multiple tasks, projects and demands to be able to work autonomously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate understanding of best construction practices in either wood or metal frame construction.
- Familiarity with Historic Architectural Review Boards (HDRB).
