Giuliani Associates Architects is seeking an experienced Project Architect with a professional degree in architecture and a minimum of six (6) years of architectural project experience. The ideal candidate will be capable of leading projects from concept through construction, coordinating internal teams, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, documentation, and delivery of architectural projects of varying size and complexity.

• Manage project schedules, deliverables, and consultant coordination to ensure high-quality, on-time performance.

• Produce and oversee the development of drawings, BIM models, and technical documentation.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and consultants throughout all project phases.

• Conduct code reviews, site visits, and construction administration duties.

• Mentor junior staff and contribute to internal knowledge development.

• Uphold firm standards for design quality, technical excellence, and project documentation.
